Stained Glass Windows at New Prospect Baptist Church in Cross City, FL
In 2008, Laws Stained Glass Studios installed (8) opalescent glass windows at New Prospect Baptist Church in Cross City, FL. Seven windows (size 37" wide x 63" high) did not contain hand-stained artwork or a memorial plate. The large window (104" wide x 180" high) received a hand-stained floating figure of Christ "Come Unto Me". All windows received a new dark bronze aluminum frame and 1/4" Lucite acrylic as the protective covering.
The existing side windows were made of metal frames which Laws removed and replaced with new dark bronze aluminum frames. The existing large window was made of wood and Krinkle glass. Laws used a lift to access it.
