Stained Glass Windows at Bibleway Church of Christ in Columbia, SC

     In 2015, Laws Stained Glass Studios installed (19) opalescent glass windows at Bibleway Church of Christ in Columbia, SC.  The eleven main sanctuary windows (size 41" wide x 66" high) each have a cross design and a memorial plate at the bottom.  The five clearstory windows (40" wide x 30-1/2" high)  did not contain any artwork or a memorial plate.  The one large window (size 32" wide x 155" high) has a cross design and a dove with a memorial plate at the bottom.  Laws also provided two exterior door panels (10" wide x 37" high) and two interior door panels (24" wide x 64" high).
     Laws removed the existing steel frame and installed new dark bronze aluminum frames into the brick openings for the sanctuary windows.  On the interior, the leaded, opalescent glass was set.  On the exterior, 1/4" Lucite acrylic was installed as the protective covering.  The large window and the clearstory windows were set into the existing wood openings after the sashes were removed.  They received 1/4" Lucite as the protective covering as well.
