Stained Glass Windows at Red Oak Baptist Church in Warwick, GA
In 2009, Laws Stained Glass Studios installed (10) opalescent glass windows at Red Oak Baptist Church in Warwick, GA. The eight main windows (size 44" wide x 77" high) contained a 18" x 26" hand-stained glass medallion with a scene from the "Life of Christ". The two smaller windows (size 36" wide x 54" high) each had a 12" x 16" medallion with a Biblical scene. The windows did not have memorial plates.
Laws began the installation by removing the existing wood sashes. The new opalescent glass windows were installed into the existing wood frames. On the exterior, Laws installed 1/4" Lucite acrylic as the protective covering.
