Stained Glass Windows at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Pennington, AL
In 2012, Laws Stained Glass Studios installed (10) leaded, opalescent glass windows at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Pennington, AL. The ten main windows (size 48" wide x 75" high) and the two smaller windows (size 37" wide x 48" high) did not contain artwork or a memorial plate.
Laws began the installation by removing the existing metal frame and its opalescent sheet glass. Laws installed a new dark bronze aluminum frame into the brick opening. The leaded window was installed on the interior, and on the exterior, 1/4" Lucite acrylic was placed as the protective covering.
