Stained Glass Windows at Berea Seventh Day Adventist Church in Dorchester, MA
In 2012, Laws Stained Glass Studios installed 10 opalescent glass windows at the Berea Seventh Day Adventist Church in Dorchester, MA. The seven sanctuary windows (size 72" wide x 122" high), the two front windows (size 49" wide x 90" high), and one side window (size 72" wide x 83" high) did not contain any hand-stained artwork. All of the windows received new aluminum frames and 1/4" Lucite acrylic as the protective covering.
Laws removed the existing steel frames and windows. Laws installed the new dark bronze aluminum frames brick to brick. On the inside the leaded windows were placed and on the outside the 1/4" Lucite was set.
